Golden Hour

A magical “place” which exists at the intersection of time and space: anywhere could be this place, but not every place is. This place is at sometime, somewhere. It can be indoors or outdoors. At dawn, or dusk. It is ethereal and formless, everywhere and nowhere. It exists at a certain time, at certain place, and even in a certain frame of mind. The magical place only materializes at the intersection of time, space, and mind. 

When the world is painted in sepia, like the touch of Midas, turning everything it touches into gold. Everything becomes soft. Time stands still, but everything seems to be lit from within, filled with new life. The ordinary become extraordinary. The mundane is transformed into the magical. 

It’s about taking a small, selfish moment; to soak up the rays, to smell the flowers, to breathe the air. To experience the sublime in the everyday and to romanticize the mundane.
